Biography
Alexandre RIGOLET holds a master of law from the University of Liège (2012, summa cum laude) and a MJur (LLM) from the University of Oxford, Exeter college (2013, distinction). During his studies in Liège, he spent a semester at the University of Glasgow (Erasmus program). He won in 2012 the great prize and the prize of the best pleading at the 2012 Concours international d¿arbitrage francophone de Montpellier.
He is teaching assistant at the faculty of law of the University of Liège since 2014 within the civil liability and special contracts law department, directed by Pr. Dr. B. Kohl. He regularly publishes contributions and articles on special contracts law, construction law and dispute resolution methods in these domains.
Alexandre is also attorney at the Brussels bar since 2013. He specializes in the settlement of complex civil and commercial disputes and in all aspects of construction law.
He is laureate of the Belgian concours d¿admission au stage judiciaire, ranked 4th (2019 - not exercised) and has passed the examen d'aptitude professionnelle à la magistrature (2019).
