Epistemology of legal and social sciences
Do the legal, political and criminological sciences share the same epistemology? This raises the question of the validity of the knowledge produced, its relation to reality and the coherence of the theoretical and methodological tools used to produce this knowledge. Epistemology is both a tool for the researcher's reflexivity and for the validity of the knowledge produced, and it is also a necessary step towards true interdisciplinarity.
